Kaitlin is an associate in the real estate, planning and construction team specialising in non-contentious construction. 

Kaitlin has experience in negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments, letters of instruction, collateral warranties and other ancillary project documentation. She has assisted on a range of projects including refurbishments, fit-outs and new builds.

• Completed the Legal Practice Course and a Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law (2018)

• Read law at Durham University, graduating with an upper second class degree (2017)
