James Cook advises on estate and succession planning, wills, probate, trusts, tax-planning, lasting powers of attorney, enduring powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters. His work often includes international elements whereby he advises both UK and non-UK clients. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a student member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and was named in eprivateclient's Top 35 under 35 classes of 2017 and 2018.
