I advise on a broad range of contentious matters involving individuals, charities and businesses. I help my clients navigate their disputes in the manner that best fits their goals and the nature and value of the dispute.
Emily is an associate in the dispute resolution team. She has wide ranging litigation and arbitration experience advising on breach of contract claims, director/ shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, commercial claims, professional negligence, reputation management and take-downs. Emily has experience bringing proceedings in the High Court and under different institutional arbitration rules. She also has experience acting for high net-worth individuals, partnerships, household companies and charities.
Emily provides tailored commercial advice, has excellent interpersonal skills and has been described in the Legal 500 as “a great addition to any team and a pleasure to work with”. Emily has been recognised for her attention to detail and ability to take on complex matters, hailed as “a rising star", "responsive" and "all over the detail”.
Emily is also the joint Vice-President of the Junior Litigation Solicitors Association (and currently Acting President). Her role involves liaising with leading lawyers, legal professionals, barristers and judges to organise events, talks and lecture series for junior lawyers. She attends strategy meetings with the wider LSLA committee and chairs the JLSLA meetings. Emily also writes for legal publications such as the Solicitors Journal.

Education
- Studied history with proficiency in German at the University of Exeter
- Achieved distinctions in the GDL and LPC with an MSC in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Moorgate
