I chose to pursue a legal career as I wanted to enter a profession where I could help others and make a genuine difference. I get great satisfaction from meeting new people, solving problems and assisting clients to achieve their objectives.
Charlie is an associate in the residential property team. He acts for a multitude of clients ranging from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals on a range of different matters including: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
At the heart of Charlie’s approach is a deep understanding of the apprehension clients so often experience when navigating through the conveyancing process. He overcomes this by adopting a pragmatic approach, prioritising open communication and collaboration with clients to reach practical solutions, thereby ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of transactions.
