About Emma
Emma is a specialist family solicitor and mediator.
Emma advises on all areas of family law including divorce and separation, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation and pre-nuptial & post-nuptial agreements.
Emma’s approach is based on resolving matters constructively and amicably wherever possible, recognising the anxiety and distress that can so often be experienced when going through a relationship breakdown and always looking for ways in which this may be reduced.
As a solicitor, Emma will work with clients to explore the most effective and appropriate forum for them to resolve their particular circumstances, whether this be by way of mediation, negotiations through solicitors, or otherwise. That being said, if court is the required forum then Emma will be a strong advocate for her client and work hard to ensure that her client’s interests are represented.
In her role as a mediator, Emma will work creatively with her clients to help empower them to make their own decisions and reach a lasting outcome that is workable for them and their family as a whole.
Emma joined Russell-Cooke in September 2017 upon qualification as a solicitor, having undertaken her training contract with a leading national firm.
